When we purchased our home, it came with the first in ground pool and spa that we have ever owned- That said, we were concerned about a service that we could rely on- that was fair and that would be pro-active rather than re-active- We were so glad after interviewing 3 companies that we picked Casey with Step Into Liquid- He and his associates are terrific- his work is outstanding, he is reliable, his fee is more than fair, he is responsive to our needs if a need ever arises, and it has when our automatic sweeper went out, he was at our home with a new one within hours of our call. I can't say enough about their work and how we feel very comfortable knowing that our pool and spa are under the care and supervision of Step into Liquid. From our controller and timers to the last drop of water in the pool Casey is the person anyone would be happy to have on their side. I highly recommend them!
